01 What is a DTF transfer?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are full-color heat transfers that can be applied to apparel using a heat press. They work great on cotton, polyester, blends, shirts, hoodies, totes, uniforms, and more.
02 What is the difference between Build and Upload Gang Sheet?
Build Your DTF Gang Sheet lets you upload individual designs and arrange them using our online builder. Upload Your DTF Gang Sheet is for customers who already have a complete print-ready gang sheet file.
03 What file type should I upload?
We recommend a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. Artwork should be approximately 300 DPI whenever possible and uploaded at the correct print size.
04 Can I order individual DTF transfers instead of a gang sheet?
Yes. Our DTF Transfers by Size product allows you to upload your artwork and order individual transfers in a variety of sizes without building a full gang sheet.
05 Can you help fix or improve my artwork?
Yes. Additional artwork services may be available, including background removal, graphic upscaling, modifications, and design proofs. Additional fees may apply.
06 What fabrics can DTF transfers be applied to?
DTF transfers work well on many fabrics including cotton, polyester, and common fabric blends. We recommend testing your pressing settings when using unfamiliar or heat-sensitive materials.
07 How long will my order take?
Turnaround time can vary based on product type, quantity, artwork requirements, and current order volume. If you have a firm deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
08 Will printed colors look exactly like my screen?
We produce vibrant, high-quality prints, but screen colors and printed colors can vary slightly because monitors, phones, materials, and printing processes display color differently.
